Multi-Variant Luxury Project Website Build

Built a complete luxury real-estate project website with 4 design variants for A/B testing, including image asset pipeline and deployment staging.

Task Summary

Architected base landing page with responsive viewport-optimized layouts (desktop + mobile)
Created 4 design variants (base, extended, light, subdomain) for A/B split testing
Populated image asset pipeline: project renderings, amenity shots, RERA badges, elevation imagery
Built modular section components: hero, amenities, pricing, location map, gallery, contact
Prepared automated deployment scripts (Python/Paramiko) for variant upload orchestration
Staged all variants in local development environment for QA validation

Technical Details

Variant Architecture

Each variant maintains independent asset directories with shared component includes. Extended variant includes additional amenity sections and virtual tour integration. Light variant optimized for mobile-first performance. Subdomain variant deployed as standalone instance for independent analytics tracking.

Asset Pipeline

20+ image assets organized by section: entrance renderings, gym/lobby/terrace pool shots, floor-wise layouts, day/night elevation views, RERA compliance badges, and CTA iconography. All assets responsive-optimized with WebP fallbacks.
